REGISTRATION FOR RECREATIONAL SOCCER

Priority Registration for the Fall 2025 Season: Priority registration for team requests and prior team placement runs from April 1st - May 31st for players.

Registration Costs for the Fall 2025 Season:

• U06 players: $125.00 per player (uniform not included)
• U08-U14 players: $150.00 per player (uniform not included)

Late Registration Fees: A $25 per player late fee will apply to registrations starting June 1st.

Uniforms: Families obtain their own uniforms through a third party vendor, Challenger Teamwear. If you've played with SI before and last year's uniform still fits you are set! If you need to purchase a larger size or are new to the club, you can access the purchasing site via our STORE page above or through the link here: https://teamstores.challengerteamwear.com/store/stignatius/index. Players can pick whatever number they want for their uniform and if you're asked to complete a team name during purchasing you can enter "n/a" or "SI" as it doesn't matter which team you're assigned to. DEADLINE TO ORDER: August 1, 2025 but we recommend ordering as soon as possible as the orders can take a while to get delivered.

Every player must upload a recent photo during registration. All previously uploaded photos will be deleted this season. Ensure photos are face-forward, taken from the shoulders up, and do not include hats, sunglasses, or obstructing objects. These photos are required for player cards and participation in practices and games.

New players must upload a government-certified birth certificate, green card, military ID, or passport.

SI Soccer Club offers recreational soccer teams for children of varying abilities starting at age 4. All players must be 4 years old on or before December 31, 2025.

Our team age groups range from Under 6 through Under 12. Please refer to our Age Matrix for eligible birth years and team age groups.

2025 SI Soccer Age Structure

U06: 2020 - 2021 U08: 2018 - 2019 U10: 2016 - 2017 U12: 2014 - 2015

The club may allow a qualified younger player to play on a team up to one year older, based on a Play-Up Special Request submitted during registration. By requesting to play up, you agree to the following:

• Your child will compete against older, more mature players.
• Your child may have reduced playing time due to developmental differences.
• This request does not guarantee placement in an older age group.
• The request will be considered based on team space, player needs, and other factors.
• Approval is for the current season only and is not revocable.

Refund requests made before July 15, 2025, will be reimbursed minus current credit card processing fees. Refund requests made on or after July 15, 2025, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances.

Requests must include the player's name, parent or guardian's name, and detailed reasons for the refund request, along with any supporting documentation.

All refunds are subject to deductions for credit card and processing fees incurred by the club.
